OMG!!!



its been a month or so since i last updated!!!! im soooooo sorry people....
many things happened while i was gone...
first things first... SS501 is NOT disbanding... alot of people have been asking me if SS501 is disbanding. THEY ARE NOT!! they are just going through a tough time because of management issues...

Leader is starring in the show mischevious kiss!! he looks really good!! the show has not been aired yet but will soon.....
i will make it a point to update this space at least once a week... keep watching this space people!!

Im Back!!


Omg... i've deserted my blog for a really long time....
okay first things first.. to all the people who rely on my blog for SS501 news, sorry!!
i forgot to say that i'll be on hiatus for some time cos i was really busy with some stuff...

anyway.. IM BACK! :D

While i was gone, many things happened.. there was the x concert, the rumors that SS501 will be disbanding cos their contracts had already ended and so on.....

X Concert

Actually i was away cos i made a 2nd trip to korea during the school holidays to catch the X Concert..
Durng the concert, the members assured us that SS501 WILL NOT BE DISBANDING. And that they will continue on as a band... we were quite reassured ater the concert...

Kim Hyun Joong And BEAST In Manila

we went to Manila before heading to Seoul... we managed to catch BEAST and Leader there and also listened to BEAST's songs for the fist time. Frankly speaking, BEAST was really good!! And to add on to the good vocals, they also had the good looks!! so we were practically screaming to our hearts content when we saw them...

The Rumors

There were many rumors that SS501 will be disbanding because their 5 year contract had ended. Jung Min posted on the SS501's official website what happened behind the scenes..

Jung Min and Hyung Jun had renewed their contracts first
Then, DSP Media said that they did not want to sign Kyu Jong
There was no way that SS501 could continue...
Leader Hyun Joong requested that DSP Media signed Kyu Jong first before Leader would sign his contract
DSP Media refused

In the end, Leader Hyun Joong signed on with YG Entertainment and recommended that Kyu Jong signed on with him.

Leader did so Beause he did not want SS501 to disband... he signed on with YG Entertainment so that SS501 could continue to be together.... so to those people who had been hurling bad comments to him, you guys should be apologising.. Leader was brave enough to stand up first and face all insults, all judgment,all anger... Just so that SS501 could continue... That is the mark of a true leader... This really made me respect Leader 501% more...

Park Young Ha

Hyung Jun, Ki Bum(Hyung Jun's brother),Young Saeng and Kyu Jong went to pay their last respects to Hyung Jun's friend, Korean Singer/actor Park Young Ha. Young Ha was found dead in his room when he committed suicide. Condolences to Young ha's family.

SS501 'Love Ya' Released And Reaches No.1 On 1st Day



SS501 'Love Ya' Released and reaches no.1 for 1st day of advanced pre-oder sales

SS501 released their teaser videos and digital tracks in the afternoon yesterday. SS501 surpassed Wonder Girls and CNBlue to reach the no.1 position on Real-time charts of Soribada.

Their new album which consists of 6 new tracks are made up with full piano background accompaniment, minimizing the prevalence of flooded electronic instruments. SS501 is the only one able to carry off the Angel and Devil look, which makes them 1 unique group.

SS501 will be holding their fansign event on May 28 at Shindorim Techno Mart, 11th floor Grand Ballroom. They will also be having their 1st comeback stage on June 4 through KBS 2TV's Music Bank and the 2nd comeback on June 5 through MBC's Music Core.

I'm sooooooo proud of our boys! And im psyched that they really reached No.1 on their 1st day of release! SS501 Hwaiting!!

Dream Concert 2010 Comes To A Sucessful Close



"2010 I Love Korea Dream concert" has ended in sucess with all its popular singers on the move.


On the 22nd of may, 7pm, at Seoul Seongsan-dong, Seoul Worldcup gymnasium stadium, the 16th dream concert was held. Though rain poured down even before the concert began, 40000 fans clutched tightly onto their raincoats and balloons, waiting for it to begin.

Dream Concert was held in 2 parts, and was carried out across 4 hours. The MC's were Super Junior's Kim HeeChul, 2pm's OK Taecyeon as well as actress Shin SeKyung

The luxurious opening stage was held by UKISS with "morago" (what) and "Manmanhani" (Be Full Of). After which, RAINBOW came up next with "Gossip Girl", then FUCZ with "No One", ZE:A with "Throught A Day" (Haru Jongil), f(x) with "NU-ABO" and "Me+U", Davichi with "Time Please Stop" and "I Made An Accident", Mblaq with "Y" alongside CNBlue with "Love". Next was BEAST with "Shock And Mystery", all the groups sang very well thus, exhibiting a charisma overflowing stage presence.

SHINee then continued with "Ring Ding Dong" and "Replay". Right after which, SS501 who hasn't shown up on stage for a long time appeared. Recently, leader Kim Hyun Joong was involved in a car accident and because of his injuries, they were not able to perform a dance item. So SS501 sang a ballad track "Only One Day" (Haruman) and "Let Me Be The One" (from upcomming new album)

'World star' Rain, then continued to perform "Hip Song" and "Song To HoldYou Back" thus taking part 1 to an end.

Part 2 was started with T-ara's world cup song "We Are The One" and "Bo Peep Bo Peep", right up next was 4minute's "Huh". After School then continued with "Bang" and "Diva", KARA then performed "Lupin".

2PM, then displayed their musculine beauty before the eyes of the audiences. Excluding JunSu who had injuries. They performed "Without You" and "Dont Stop Cant Stop".Wonder Girls then continued with "2 Different Tears" and SNSD performed "Run Devil Run" and "Oh!"

Lee Hyroi then performed "Bring It Back" and "Chity Chity Bang Bang". As the final performers, Super Junior then sang "Miinah" (Bonamana) and "Sorry Sorry"

The concert ended with all the singers singing to "Oh Korea For The Definite Win" (Oh Pilseung Korea)(Korea's World Cup cheer on theme)

Dream Concert which lasted for 4 hours then came to a close under the black night sky and all ticket fees will go to the neighbourhood charity organisations. 2010 Dream Concert will be brodcasted on the 30th begining from 3pm through SBS Inkigayo.

Hyun Joong Was In A Car Accidet



SS501 leader Kim Hyun Joong was in a car accident

DSP Media agency said "He was in the car with some friends when the car crashed. He suffred injuries to his ribs and also has some abrasions and bruises. Due to his injuries, it will take him 2 weeks to recover fully. At the dream concert on May 22nd, he will only be showcasting ballad songs."

the dance moves will be too hard to handle in his condition so he will sing the ballads "Let Me Be The One" and "Only One Day" on stage.

And so the release of their album will be delayed to early june instead

End Of SHINee's Hello Baby.... :'(


i've been watching SHINee's hello baby and just finished watching it.... i actually cried when i watched Yoo Geun part with SHINee..... omg.... so im dedicating this post to SHINee and yoo geun... if you are a fan of shinee and hav'ent watched this show, go watch it. it's really great and im sure you will enjoy it like i did..
